"..hearts and fragrance..vs.many other things"

 Church today - a theme
- "love surpasses all and never ends"
       referencing 1 Corinthians 13:8

1. A prophetic word was shared (paraphrased)-"traveling along the road and saw beautiful flowers, despite the dry land and lack of rain, the flowers were blooming beautifully.  Isaiah 40: was shared:

"The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever."

-God cares for us and His love never fails, no matter we are today in our walk.

2. We sang a hymn -Crown Him with many crowns" verse 3 reads

Crown him the Lord of peace,
whose power a scepter sways
from pole to pole, that wars may cease,
and all be prayer and praise.
His reign shall know no end,
and round his pierced feet
fair flowers of paradise extend
their fragrance ever sweet.

3. The sermon message covered parts of 1 Corinthians chapters 12-14. No matter the various things we think may be lacking or not our preference in a church Love for one another should be our greatest concern. Our hearts and fragrance of Him (Jesus)towards others vs. many other things

"Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening].
Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]."

1 Corinthians 13: 7-8 (AMP)

Ending time with a verse concerning this love.

"So I give you a new command: Love each other deeply and fully. Remember the ways that I have loved you, and demonstrate your love for others in those same ways. Everyone will know you as My followers if you demonstrate your love to others."  John 13:34-35 (VOICE)
